Wholesale Terms & FAQ

Order Minimums:  Direct orders do not have a minimum opening order/reorder minimum.  Orders made through wholesale websites such as Faire, Abound, Tundra may experience a minimum of $100+. Order minimum is subject to change during peak seasons. 

Credit Terms: Payment is due at the time of ordering. We currently do not offer terms for our candle orders.  We do offer Klarna at checkout for payment options for direct wholesale orders via cmcandlewholesale.com

Third Party Websites:  The listing of any Cedar Mountain Candle Product (unless private labeled via our private label program) is strictly prohibited. This includes but not limited to Amazon, Etsy, and eBay. By accepting these policies, you accept to not have our products listed on these sites and reserve the right to Cedar Mountain Candle to contact the third-party site to remove the listings. 

Shipping: We currently operate Monday- Thursday except for holidays.  All candles are made to order. Orders usually ship within 3-5 business days.  Please allow longer ship times during peak seasons.  We do offer shipping discounts/free shipping.  These offers are in the promotion section, found on the homepage of our website.    

Returns/Exchanges/Defectives: Returns and exchanges must be in original condition. They can not include any price tags or additional labelings from the store. We accept returns (and exchanges) of unaltered products within 14 business days at the customer's expense with a 10% restocking fee. There is no restocking fee if you’d like to exchange for other candle products, but the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returned items and return shipping back to your store. Defective candles will be refunded or replaced if reported within 90 days of purchase. It will be at the discretion of Cedar Mountain Candle whether a refund or replacement will be sent.

Candle Sample Requests: You can order scent samples on our retail website at www.cedarmountaincandle.com and search for “samples”.  

Zip Code Exclusivity: Due to the ability to order via Faire, Abound, Tundra and direct through Cedar Mountain Candle, it is very difficult to offer true zip code protection since these platforms do not relay info to one another.  We offer thousands of products, and many times stores close to one another offer a completely different product set.

Private Label: We do offer private label service.  For more information, please reach out to sales@cedarmountaincandle.com   There are additional fees for this service. 

Resources: As a wholesale partner, you may use any images, pictures, or text from cedarmountaincandle.com, cmcandlewholesale.com or on our wholesale platform listings as part of your marketing strategy. We want to help promote your new candle line to your customers! 

Eligibility: Cedar Mountain Candle is a wholesale company and by ordering you certify that you are a business recognized at the federal and state level to make tax-exempt purchases for the purpose of resale.
